How long does my order take to ship?

Please allow 2-10 working days for your order to be made.

We offer tracked and express shipping. Tracked shipping takes 3-7 business days and Express takes 1-4 business days. These timeframes are only an estimate and delays can occur.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. If you’re not located in Australia and are wanting to order, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

What is your return policy? 

We do not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind. We understand our jewels can break so contact us and we will do our best to work with you.
